Quality

 

In its quality department, Trayl-ona prepares a series of controls throughout the manufacturing process of its equipment, following the guidelines indicated for quality processes established in the ISO 9001:2000 standard, so ensuring the correct finishing of all the manufactured equipment.

The following is carried out:

-Materials inspections at reception, including measurement checks and preliminary treatments (shot blasting, sand blasting, etc.) as well as in some cases sending supplier material quality certificates.
-Correct assembly self-inspections
Chassis: measurement check
Axles: check of all their parts
Wiring, pneumatic, hydraulic connections,
- Termination self-inspections
Inspection prewash before painting process
Terminations, painting, equipment, etc.

-Final inspection
Checking all the previous processes approving the finishings
Final physical and functional tests on the equipment's characteristics.
